About Me & Resume
Helen Eloyan
I am a passionate advocate for community collaboration in the public planning process and will continuously work to find solutions that fit our community’s character. I work as a project manager specializing in land use and serve Ventura’s Westside community through my work as a non-profit leader. In my non-profit work, I focus on creating grassroots affordable (or transitional) housing opportunities and economic development for our most vulnerable residents.
My unwavering commitment to public service drives me to tirelessly support individuals in their pursuit of housing or gainful employment. I offer a comprehensive suite of services, including resume writing, coaching, and providing resources, to help them achieve their goals. My dedicated work ethic and unique expertise enable me to overcome complex problems and create meaningful solutions.
As a land use project manager, I have experience solving problems in many fields, such as housing, renewable energy, recreational uses, and resource management. My experience in this realm has further developed my technical skills and ability to navigate complex regulations, which allows me to provide more meaningful and often critical feedback.
My overall goal is to make a positive impact in Ventura County and help as many people as I can through my work. As a “young urban professional” raised in this County, I feel it is my obligation to give back and dedicate my experience and work ethic to the betterment of our community for future generations.
